Heading out from Kalamazoo? Sit back and relax! Avoid the stress of traffic and parking downtown on a Friday night. The Office of Development and Alumni Relations will charter four 56-passenger buses to shuttle fans to and from Comerica Park in Detroit. The buses will depart from Lot 1 on WMU’s east campus, located off Oakland Drive (across from Little Theater). Guests do not need a WMU permit to park in Lot 1 during this time. Buses will depart on June 7 at 2 p.m sharp
Cost per seat:
We heard you! Thanks to rider feedback, we have switched to a new charter bus provider for the 2019 game. Each bus will be loaded with snacks and make a rest area stop halfway through the trip.
Guests should plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to departure. The buses will arrive at Comerica Park just prior to the pre-game tailgate with time to grab dinner before the game.
All those who purchase advance tickets by May 31 will be automatically entered for a chance to win one of the three autographed Detroit Tigers items. The raffle winners will be announced on June 3.
